1.1 Controller

1.2 What data we collect

• Contact form: name, work email, company, budget range (EUR), project description, selected package.
• Communication: emails, Slack/Linear messages after contract.
• Technical: IP anonymized via privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible/Umami, no cookies), browser type for debugging if you report bug.
• Billing: company name, VAT ID, billing address for invoicing — stored per Romanian accounting law.
• We do NOT collect: sensitive categories (health, political), tracking across sites, or data from children.

1.3 Purposes & legal basis

• Respond to inquiry & prepare offer — Art. 6(1)(b) pre-contractual steps.
• Contract execution (design + code delivery) — Art. 6(1)(b) contract.
• Invoicing & accounting — Art. 6(1)(c) legal obligation (10 years retention per RO law).
• Website security & spam prevention — Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest.
• Portfolio mention only with explicit consent — Art. 6(1)(a).

1.4 Retention

Inquiry data: 24 months after last contact. Contract + delivery files: 3 years after project end (for warranty claims). Invoices: 10 years. Cookie consent localStorage: 12 months. After that, anonymized or deleted.

1.5 Your rights

Under GDPR you have: access (Art.15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), objection (21), portability (20), withdraw consent anytime. 1.6 Processors & transfers

We use: Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) — fonts only, no tracking; Google Maps embed (only on contact page, loads after interaction); Email provider (Google Workspace EU); Hosting (EU datacenter). No transfer outside EEA unless you email us from outside. No sale of data. Data Processing Agreements in place where required.

1.7 Security

HTTPS everywhere, access limited to owner, 2FA on email, encrypted backups, principle of least privilege. Despite measures, internet transmission not 100% secure — don't send passwords via form.

2.1 Packages

• Sprint Audit — €249: 100% money-back guarantee if audit does not contain at least 3 actionable fixes that could impact a metric (conversion, retention, time-on-task). Request within 14 days from delivery. We refund without questions.
• Product Pack — €549: Refundable 100% if cancelled before first Figma file shared. After Figma shared but before dev: 50% refund. After dev started: non-refundable, but we deliver scope.
• System & Code — €949: Refundable 100% before kickoff. After tokens delivered (40% milestone): 60% refund. After components (70%): 30% refund. After final delivery: non-refundable, but 30-day bug-fix included.

2.2 Add-ons

Extra page €89, frontend per page €129, motion €79, design system extension €149, CMS €119, SEO pack €99, UX copy €69, illustration €139, 48h rush €199, multilingual €59, retainer €490/mo. Refundable if not started. Rush fee non-refundable once slot reserved (we block calendar).

2.3 Retainer

16h/month €490, 32h €890, 48h €1290. Cancel anytime via email. No refund for started month. Unused hours do not roll over unless agreed in writing. Pause allowed 1x per quarter for up to 30 days.

2.4 How to request

Email hello@framelogiclab.com with subject REFUND - Invoice #XXXX. Include reason (optional for Sprint). We respond in 48h business hours. Approved refunds processed to original payment method within 7 business days, in EUR. Bank fees outside our control not refunded. Romanian law applies.

2.5 Chargebacks

Please contact us first before chargeback — chargebacks incur €25 processing fee per our processor and delay resolution. We aim to resolve amicably.

3.1 Provider

3.2 Services

UI/UX audit, design system creation, Figma design, frontend development (React/Next.js), landing page optimization, SaaS dashboard revamp, ongoing design partner. Detailed scope per package in Notion/Proposal. Fixed price in EUR: €249, €549, €949, add-ons as listed on /pricing.

3.3 Ordering & contract

Order via /contact form or email. Contract formed when we send written confirmation (email) with scope and timeline. We may refuse projects conflicting with ethics or capacity.

3.4 Client obligations

• Provide content, brand assets, access to existing product timely.
• One point of contact for feedback, 48h feedback SLA to keep timeline.
• Warrant you have rights to materials you provide.

3.5 Delivery & revisions

Sprint 2-3 days, Product 7 days, System 14 days from kickoff + receipt of assets. Revisions: Sprint 1, Product 3, System unlimited within scope for 14 days. Extra revisions at add-on rates. 30-day bug-fix after final delivery (bugs, not new features).

3.6 Payment & VAT

Payment via bank transfer, Wise, or Stripe link. 100% upfront for Sprint/Product/System, monthly upfront for retainer. Prices in EUR. Romanian non-VAT clients: 19% VAT added. EU business with valid VIES VAT: 0% reverse charge. Non-EU: per local rules. Late payment: 1.5% monthly interest, delivery paused.

3.7 IP & license

Upon full payment, we transfer IP for final deliverables (Figma files, code). We retain right to show work in portfolio unless NDA signed before project (NDA fee €150). We use no third-party IP without license. Open-source libraries remain under their licenses.

3.8 Warranties & liability

Services provided as-is, with professional diligence. No warranty of business results (conversion uplift depends on many factors). Sprint money-back guarantee is sole remedy for that package. Liability capped to amount paid for that project. No indirect damages. Force majeure exempt.

3.9 Confidentiality

Both parties keep confidential info confidential for 3 years. We sign NDA if needed.

3.10 Governing law

Romanian law. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protections of your residence also apply. Disputes: attempt amicable resolution 30 days, then courts of Brașov, Romania. EU ODR platform available.

4.1 What are cookies

Small text files stored in browser. We minimize use.

4.2 Cookies we use

• Essential: flab_cookie_v1 in localStorage — remembers your choice Accept/Reject for banner. Duration 12 months. No tracking.
• Functional: Google Fonts — loads fonts, no cookie per Google; may log IP for performance.
• Functional (conditional): Google Maps embed on /contact — sets NID, AEC cookies only if you interact with map (scroll/click). We lazy-load with consent.
• Analytics (optional, privacy-friendly): If enabled, Plausible/Umami, cookieless, no cross-site tracking, anonymized IP, hosted in EU. No advertising cookies.

4.3 Your choices

Banner: Accept (essential + maps), Reject (essential only). You can delete localStorage via browser DevTools → Application → Local Storage → framelogiclab.com → remove flab_cookie_v1. You can block third-party cookies in browser settings — site still works, map may be blocked.

4.4 Do Not Track

We respect DNT signals for analytics — if DNT=1, we don't count visit in Plausible.
